gah do you have any "getting tired cure" that u could/want to share?

my goal is to be in bed and sleep when the clock is 2 am and not lay on the couch and wach fawlty towers or seinfeld and eat cornflakes with chocolate milk

ja testa att lyssna på ljudbok. funkar alltid för mig. lyssnar allltiiiiddd på harry potter innan jag somnar haha! Man blir väldigt sömnig och gosig. helst i hörlurar så det blockerar ut allt annat ljud

drastic, but this is what i sometimes do:

wake up very early (06:00 or something) and work and work all day so that you are v. tired then read a book in bed. no t.v. or computer. then try to sleep

but sometimes it dfoesnt work and you just end up exhausted

i think the best thing to do is have a good routine. i also have alot of trouble getting to sleep and that normally works for me but when im on holiday im fucked! also try to relax before bed and when getting to sleep try not to think to much. alternatively just go to the doctor and get drugs :)

Eating a lot of heavy food helps, as does wanking. And smoking and drugs - not that I recommend. Oh, and watching really really boring movies! I dont know what is boring for you, but Ive never been able to watch a Lord of the Rings movie without falling asleep.



These days I have the opposite problem. I sleep all the time, days and nights. No matter how much coffee I drink. Its annoying.

i usually listen to harry potter audio book or i read before i go to bed.. those two methods definitely work!!

Inget funkar för mig heller... Jag är bara trött på fredagar, då somnar jag jättetidigt, typ tolv-ett. Tror det är för att skolan gör att jag blir stressad så jag inte kan slappna av.

Ansträng dig under dagen, om inte tillräckligt så rör på dig under kvällen. Släck flera timmar innan du ska sova så att även ögonen blir trötta. Lyssna på långsam musik som inte kräver uppmärksamhet.
