fucking flu
i've been in bed for two days now and it's just getting worse
my throat is killing me
everything i eat and swallow feels like sharp knives
im desperate atm so feel free to share yr tips on cold-cures!!
for a sore throat. hot milk with honey. tastes quite disgusting but helps. And drink like 3 l of tea with lemon, lemon, honey and anything else that is natural.

Aaaw poor thing :( !! Here they sell tea that has lemon flavour and it's really disgusting but it works against having a cold, a soar throat or a fever. They sell it at those common drugstores and I think they'll have something like that over there too. Best is to drink it before you go to sleep and then you'll feel better in the morning ( I hope ). Also green tea with honey will help and eat a lot of warm foods. Hope you get better soon :))
